Your time is held just for you.
Origin is a private, appointment-only studio. Late cancellations and missed appointments leave limited opportunity to offer that time to another client, so a little notice makes an enormous difference.
48+ hours’ notice
Cancel or reschedule your appointment without a cancellation fee.
Within 48 hours
Late cancellations or changes may incur a fee of 50% of the booked service.
Missed appointments
No-shows and cancellations made without notice may be charged the full appointment fee.
Late arrivals
Your treatment may need to be shortened so the following appointment can begin on time. The full service fee may still apply.

Genuine emergencies and exceptional circumstances will always be considered with care. Please get in touch as soon as you can if something outside your control affects your appointment.
