Arrive 15 minutes early.
This gives you time to find the studio, settle in and begin your appointment without feeling rushed.
02 · Your skin
Come as you are.
You’re welcome to arrive with or without makeup. Your skin will be cleansed and assessed as part of your facial.
03 · Your routine
Bring your questions.
If products or concerns have been confusing you, make a note of them so they can be discussed during the appropriate service.

Do I need to book before visiting?
Yes. Origin is an appointment-only studio and does not currently accept walk-ins. All treatments and consultations should be reserved in advance.
What if I don’t know which facial to choose?
Start with The Revive for a complete customized facial, or book a complimentary 20-minute Skin Chat if you would prefer to meet Carly and discuss your options first.
Should I arrive without makeup?
You can arrive with or without makeup. Your skin will be thoroughly cleansed before your treatment begins.
Can I bring someone with me?
Because the studio is designed as a quiet, one-to-one experience, please send an enquiry in advance if you need to bring another person.
